AHSCA (Victorian Chapter) general meeting dates for the current year are listed below complete with presentation details as they are known to date, we would ask that members register their attendance online to assist with catering and seat allocation. For non-members who may wish to attend please contact the President or Secretary to organise an invitation. Notification of upcoming general meetings are automatically emailed to association members in the lead up to the event.

In addition to general meetings we shall also endeavor to list as many upcoming industry events relative to the hydraulic services discipline as possible with a view to providing a central location for our members to visit and use in planning their continuing professional development as required. Currently automated email notifications of upcoming events is limited to general meetings only.

    Technical Speaker: Shane Ross - 'Clean Water Solutions'

    Shane Ross is the Technical Specification Manager for Rehau and will be providing a technical presentation on Rehau Clean Water Solutions:

    • Rehau Lead Safe; and
    • Minimising Legionella with Rehau design solutions

    Technical Speaker: Timothy Millott - 'Sewerage & Stormwater Pump Stations'

    Timothy Millott is the Technical Product Specialist for All Purpose Pumps and will be providing a technical presentation primarily on Sewerage & Stormwater Pump Stations. Timothy will be supported by Will Bolitho, Simon Taylor and Harland Millott. Topics covered will include:

    • Product introduction;
    • Sizing pump stations to AS/NZS 3500;
    • The benefits of valve chambers (eg. OH&S);
    • Issues identified with particular materials and installation method; and
    • Importance of product selection, specfication and documenting it correctly.
